You can either use DBStract for free, or upgrade to a Pro plan. A free account allows you to create one database and create up to 3 tables and 3 reports.


Some features are only available to Pro account holders:


  • Create multiple databases

    Create up to 50 databases from a single account. Log in to an overview of recent activity on all your databases, then access separate reporting for each one. Each database can have up to 20 tables and up to 20 reports created. You can set privacy options, payment integration, API integration and templates for each database.

  • File Uploads

    File Upload Fields are available only to Pro account holders, and it means that you can accept uploads to your tables. The maximum size of file attachments that can be uploaded is 5mb, and you can have up to 500 mb of files stored on each database.

  • Routing Rules

    Pro account holders can use Routing Rules for better control over your online forms and greater control over where form submissions go once they have been submitted. Using our smart logic, you can create a better user experience as well as better workflow for those in your organization who receive table submissions. Routing Rules allow your tables to work for you, which means spending less time managing your data and more time managing your organization.

  • Payment Integration

    Pro account holders can use a merchant account (we support PayPal, 2Checkout, Google Checkout, and Authorize.net) to collect payments for someone filling out your table. This is ideal for event registrations, donations, and online checkouts.

  • Multiple Users

    You can create multiple user accounts who are able to login to your account and access your data. DBStract tracks each user's activity, allowing you to know who has done what. You can also control access, to decide whether each user can view and/or modify data in any particular database. This is useful for creating databases such as project management or sales tracking where you can have multiple users working inside the database at the same time.

  • Import Existing Data

    Pro account holders are able to import data from spreadsheets, CVS files, XML files, etc directly into their databases.

  • Developer API

    The DBStract API gives you complete control over your data. By using programming methods, you can obtain any information from your account, and do with it as you like.Use them in custom mashups, embed them in your webpages, or create your own reporting interface by accessing this simple URL-based XML API.

  • Extended security

    Pro account holders are protected by 128 bit SSL encryption. Our 128-bit encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a high-level security protocol that protects the confidentiality and security of data while it is being transmitted over the Internet.

  • Ad Free

    Pro account holders see no ads in their accounts, and we don't display any "powered by..." messages when you integrate your database into your websites or blogs.

The Pro plan is available for $19.95 per month or $79.95 per 6 months when pre-paid. You can upgrade at any time by logging in and clicking "My Account" at the top of any page. You can also downgrade to the free plan at any time. There are no sign-up fees or cancellation fees.
